In keeping with our Agri-tourism theme, we will demonstrate first hand how well organic farming and birding habitat fits together. We will first enjoy the birding along the Verde River with naturalist and educator, Dena Greenwood. Our hostess, Denise Gould, owner of the Willow Brook Organic Farm in Middle Verde, will show us around and have us sample some of the delicious crops available in early spring.
