Warblers pose a challenge to identify and Homer is not only knowledgeable but he can help you to master this skill. The trip starts with a stop at the Studio where Homer will go over the basics of warbler ID, then it’s off to the field to put what you’ve learned into practice. You’ll visit appropriate habitats, and with Homer’s skill, you will soon be able to keep up with the best. Species that might be seen include orange-crowned, Nashville, MacGillivray’s, Grace’s, Lucy’s, Virginia’s, Townsend’s, and Hermit warbler, painted redstart, and yellow-breasted chat. Box lunch. |
